Brand Designer
Role Summary:
As part of the internal design team, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining the different visual identities of the CoinShares group products. You will have the chance to work in an international environment and will be surrounded by experts in market finance and cryptocurrencies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, produce and update printed and digital marketing collateral such as social media assets, banners, signage, web graphics, trade show booths, sales / corporate presentations, annual reports, web mockups, display ads and landing pages.
- Design/Illustrate assets for the websites, products, and communications ensuring quality across browsers and devices.
- Understand and translate business goals and promotions into visually compelling layouts and online user experiences.
- Ensure all communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic business goals and brand guidelines.
- Translate business objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually engaging.
- Partner with other designers, product team, engineers and marketing team to ensure the quality of the deliverables and their applications.
- Participate in the improvement of the UI components of our Design Systems (motion design, micro-interactions).
- Develop internal material to communicate the brand and enable collaborators to work in line with the artistic direction.
Undertaking any other such duties as may be reasonably required by the role.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Design, Interactive Design, Visual Studies, or other design-related fields is an advantage.
- Experience designing online marketing and advertising including animated gifs, motion, landing pages, site promotions and page layouts is essential.
- Excellent people and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget is essential.
- Highly efficient team player who thrives in challenging working environments is essential.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.
- Knowledge of digital optimization across screen sizes and devices (aka responsive) is essential.
- Ability to present concepts and designs to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner and manage project feedback and flow is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio of conceptual work that demonstrates deep expertise in interface/web design/strategy and additional expertise across print, typography, and iconography is desirable.
- Strong conceptual thinker is essential.
- An understanding of development logic and front-end development skills are an advantage.
